Buderim Distilling Co Event Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our cancellation policy for all events hosted by Buderim Distilling Co.:

Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • However, we will issue a credit equal to the full value of the booking, which can be used in-venue or towards future events.

No-Shows

  • If you do not attend the event and fail to notify us in advance, no refund or credit will be provided.
